Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please review before booking: Calls (Discovery, Intention, Integration): Cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before your session. Changes made within 24 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling. Ceremonies (Kambo, Mapacho, Entheogenic): Because ceremonies require preparation and reserved space, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days may result in loss of deposit or full fee unless otherwise discussed. Illness or Emergencies: If you become ill or experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll find a respectful way to adjust your booking. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show. No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. If I need to cancel: You’ll receive full credit toward a future session or a refund upon request.
